Recovering a deleted email

Deleting an email in Prospo moves it to the Deleted folder rather than removing it permanently. You can restore deleted emails to your inbox at any time, or remove them permanently when you're ready.


Recover a deleted email

  1. Go to Email in the sidebar
  2. Click the Deleted folder in the left panel
  3. Find the email and click on it to open it
  4. Click Restore in the action bar

The email is moved back to your Inbox.


Permanently delete an email

  1. Open the Deleted folder
  2. Select the email
  3. Click the Delete permanently icon (red trash icon) in the action bar

Permanently deleted emails cannot be restored. If you need to keep a record, restore the email to your inbox before deleting it permanently.


A few things to know

  • Deleting from any folder - Inbox, Sent, Flagged - moves the email to Deleted first
  • The Restore and Delete permanently options only appear when you're in the Deleted folder
  • Emails deleted directly from Outlook outside Prospo follow Outlook's own retention rules
