Viewing a client's activity history

Every action taken on a client in Prospo is logged automatically. The Client Interaction History panel on the client profile gives you a full timeline of what happened, who did it, and when.

 

Where to find it

Open the client profile and look for the Client Interaction History panel on the left side, below the Meetings panel. The total number of logged records is shown at the top.

 

What gets recorded

Prospo logs when a meeting is scheduled or updated, when an email is sent or drafted by AI, when a File Note is generated or updated, when a transcript is processed, when a presentation is generated, when a Fact Find is created or updated, when a document is uploaded, and when an e-signature envelope is sent.

Each entry shows the date and time, the staff member who performed the action, and a label describing what happened.

 

Filtering the history

Use the filters at the top of the panel to narrow the list by staff member, by activity type, or both together.
