Using the global search

Search for clients and contacts by name or email from the dashboard. The list filters as you type so you can find what you need straight away.

How to search

Use the toggle above the search bar to switch between Clients and Contacts, then start typing a name or email address. The list updates automatically, no need to press Enter.

Searching with multiple words

You can type more than one word and Prospo will only show results that match all of them. For example, typing jane sydney will return records that contain both words anywhere in the name or email.

What you can search for

The search bar covers clients and contacts only. To find meetings, use the filters in the Meetings panel on the right side of the dashboard.
