Overview of the Prospo dashboard

The Prospo dashboard is the first screen you see after logging in. Your clients, contacts, and meetings are all right here.

 

The sidebar

The sidebar on the left is how you move around Prospo. Click the edge of the sidebar to expand or collapse it.

Home - Your starting point for clients, contacts, and meetings

Clients - Create and manage all your client records

Contacts - Manage individual contacts before or without linking them to a client

Email - View, send, and manage emails to your clients

Files - Store and access documents across your organisation

Settings - Update your personal profile, password, and integrations

Help Center - Find guides and support resources for using Prospo

Org Admins also see an Admin item in the sidebar for managing users, billing, and organisation settings.

On smaller screens the sidebar collapses automatically. Tap the menu icon at the top to open it.

 

The dashboard layout

The dashboard has two panels side by side.

Left panel - Clients and Contacts

This is where all your clients and contacts live. Use the toggle at the top to switch between the two views. From here you can search by name or email, sort the list, expand a client to see their linked contacts, and add new records using the Add Client or Add Contact button.

Right panel - Meetings

This shows all your meetings in one place. You can filter by status or meeting type, click any row to open the full meeting record, and see a quick count at the top showing your total, upcoming, and today's meetings.

 

The top bar

The top bar is visible on every page. Click the Prospo logo to return to the dashboard at any time. The notifications bell alerts you to anything that needs attention. Click your avatar or email in the top right to access your profile or log out.

 

Quick actions

From the dashboard you can get started without going anywhere else. Click Schedule Meeting to book a meeting, Add Client to create a new client record, or switch to the Contacts view and click Add Contact to add a contact.
