If someone leaves or no longer needs access, an Org Admin can remove them. This permanently deletes their account and cannot be undone.

 

How to remove a user

  1. Go to Settings and open the Users tab
  2. Find the person and click the delete icon at the end of their row
  3. Click Delete to confirm

Their account is removed immediately.

 

What happens when you remove a user

Their access is revoked straight away and their account is permanently deleted. Any meetings, documents, or other content they created stays in your account. If they had a paid seat, Prospo automatically applies a credit to your next bill for the unused time.

If this person rejoins your organisation in the future, they will need to be invited again as a new user.

 

Removing a pending invitation

If someone was invited but has not accepted yet, remove them the same way. Find them in the Users list where their status shows as Invited and click the delete icon. Their invite link is cancelled immediately.

 

Troubleshooting

Can't see the delete icon - you may have the User role. Contact your Org Admin.

Deleted the wrong person - deletions cannot be reversed. Re-invite them from the Users tab and they will receive a new activation email.
