Inviting team members to Prospo

Go to Settings - Users to invite someone. Each person gets their own login and is added to your subscription. Only Org Admins can send invites.

 

How to invite someone

  1. Go to Settings and open the Users tab
  2. Click Invite User
  3. Enter their details and choose a role
  4. Click Send Invite

They will get an email with a link to set their password and activate their account. The link is valid for 7 days.

 

What happens on their end

The invited person clicks the link, sets a password, and lands straight on the dashboard. No separate email verification needed.

Their password must be at least 8 characters and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character.

 

If the invitation email gets lost

As an admin, find the person in the Users tab and click the resend icon. The old link is cancelled and a new one is sent straight away.

As the invited person, there is a link on the Prospo login page to request a new invite using your email address.

 

Troubleshooting

No email received - ask them to check spam. If it is not there, resend from the Users tab.

"This invite link is invalid or has expired" - resend the invitation to generate a fresh link.

Can't see the Invite User button - you may have the User role. Contact your Org Admin.
