Recovering a deleted file from the recycle bin

If you've accidentally deleted a file, meeting record, contact, or any other item in Prospo and need it recovered, you can submit a recovery request to the Prospo support team.


How to request a file recovery

Send an email to support@prospo.ai with the following details:

  • What was deleted - file name, record type, or a description of the item

  • Which client it belongs to

  • Approximately when it was deleted

  • Your organisation name

The support team will locate the item and restore it for you.


What can be recovered

  • Uploaded files

  • File Notes

  • Meeting records

  • Transcripts

  • Fact Finds

  • Contacts and clients

  • Folders

  • E-signature envelopes

Recovery requests should be submitted as soon as possible after deletion. Items cannot be recovered after 90 days.
