Using the AI Agent

2 min read

The AI Agent is a floating chat panel built into every page of Prospo. You can ask it questions, find client records, schedule meetings, and navigate anywhere in the app - all without leaving the page you are on.

Please note that Prospo Agent is an experimental feature. To enable this, Go to user settings(Top bar -> user icon), scroll to the bottom of the page and enable experimental features.

Opening the AI Agent

  1. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in Prospo.
  2. The AI Agent panel opens as a floating window.
  3. You can drag and dock the panel anywhere on your screen.

What you can ask

The AI Agent understands natural language. You do not need to use specific commands. Examples of what you can ask:

  • Find a client - "Show me John Smith's file"
  • Look up a contact - "Who is Sarah at ABC Pty Ltd?"
  • Schedule a meeting - "Book a Teams meeting with client X for next Tuesday at 2pm"
  • Search meeting history - "What was discussed in last month's meeting with the Williams family?"
  • Draft a communication - "Draft an email to the client summarising today's meeting"
  • Navigate - "Take me to the billing page"
  • Ask anything about data in Prospo

How the AI Agent works

The AI Agent is powered by Azure OpenAI (GPT-4). It uses function calling across multiple domain areas - clients, contacts, meetings, scheduling, communications, and navigation.

  • The agent is aware of the page you are currently on, so its responses are context-aware.
  • It queries your organisation's data in real time - it does not make up information.
  • For complex questions about a client's history, it draws on the knowledge graph - a structured store of everything known about that client across all meetings, documents, and fact-finds.

You can ask the AI Agent to take you to any section of the app. It will navigate on your behalf without you needing to find the page yourself.

  • "Go to settings"
  • "Open the billing page"
  • "Take me to [client name]'s fact-find"
