Accepting Terms and Conditions
On your first login, Prospo displays the current Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. You need to accept these before accessing the app.
- Your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and the exact document version.
- This record is stored for regulatory compliance purposes.
- Organisation Admins can view the acceptance history for their team under Organisation Settings.
Your free trial
Every new organisation starts on a free trial. A banner at the top of the app shows how many days are left in your trial.
- During the trial, you have access to all features.
- When the trial ends, a subscription lock screen appears and access to core features is restricted.
- To continue using Prospo, go to Settings - Billing and set up your subscription.
Trial expiry emails
Prospo sends you emails as your trial approaches expiry so you have time to set up billing before access is restricted.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
You can enable two-factor authentication on your account for extra security.
- Go to Settings - Your Account.
- Find the Two-Factor Authentication section.
- Click Enable 2FA.
- Open your authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator) and scan the QR code.
- Enter the code from your authenticator app to confirm setup.
Once enabled, you will be asked for a code from your authenticator app each time you log in.
Session timeout
For security, Prospo automatically logs you out after a period of inactivity. You will see a warning on screen before this happens, giving you a chance to stay logged in.
