Connecting Intelliflo
Connect your organisation's Intelliflo account to Prospo to enable client and contact imports, including KYC data like employment status, income, and date of birth. Setup is done by an Org Admin using credentials from your Intelliflo developer portal.
Before you begin
You'll need three values from Intelliflo:
- Client ID
- Client Secret
- API Key (x-api-key)
These are available in your Intelliflo developer portal. Contact your Intelliflo administrator if you're not sure where to find them.
Connect Intelliflo
- Log in as an Org Admin and go to Admin - Connectors
- Find Intelliflo and click Set up
- Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, and API Key
- Click Connect



Prospo validates your credentials against Intelliflo immediately. If they're accepted, the card updates to show a green Connected badge. All users in your organisation can then import contacts from Intelliflo.
Your Client Secret and API Key are encrypted before being stored.
Managing the connection
To update your credentials:
- Go to Admin - Connectors - Intelliflo - Manage
- Enter new values for the fields you need to update and click Save
To temporarily disable the integration without removing credentials, use the toggle on the Intelliflo card. You can re-enable it at any time without re-entering credentials.
Troubleshooting
- "All fields (Client ID, Secret, API Key) are required" - All three fields must be filled in before connecting.
- "Failed to connect to Intelliflo. Please check your Client ID and Secret." - One or more credentials are incorrect. Verify each value in your Intelliflo developer portal.
Once connected, import contacts from Contacts - Import Contacts - Intelliflo. See Importing contacts from Intelliflo.
